Move-In & Out Cleaning

• Whole-Home Cleaning & Dust Removal. Complete vacuuming and dust extraction in every room, including baseboards, vents, light fixtures, and behind or under appliances and furniture (if accessible), using HEPA-filter equipment to ensure a dust-free, allergen-free environment.

• Wall, Ceiling & Surface Detailing. Wipe-down and spot-cleaning of walls, ceilings, doors, and baseboards to remove smudges, cobwebs, and surface dirt, ensuring the property is fresh and ready for occupancy or inspection.

• Kitchen Deep Cleaning. Comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen areas, including countertops, cabinets (inside and out), drawers, sinks, faucets, and backsplashes. All appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave) are cleaned and degreased to remove residue and odors.

• Bathroom Deep Cleaning. Full scrubbing, disinfecting, and descaling of toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, faucets, and tiles. Mirrors, glass enclosures, and chrome fixtures are polished for a spotless, move-in-ready finish.

• Appliance & Cabinet Interior Cleaning. All reachable interior surfaces of cabinets, closets, and drawers are cleaned and disinfected to remove dust, crumbs, and buildup—ideal for ensuring a hygienic space for new occupants.

• Window & Glass Cleaning. Cleaning of interior windows, sills, and tracks, plus spot-cleaning of exterior glass (where safely reachable) for a clear, streak-free shine.

• Floor Cleaning & Finishing. Detailed sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all hard floors using products appropriate to the surface (wood, tile, vinyl, or laminate). Carpeted areas are vacuumed and spot-treated for stains as needed.

• Disinfection & Sanitization. Thorough disinfection of all high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, railings, and appliance controls, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment for move-in or move-out.

• Final Detailing & Inspection. Final review of all cleaned areas by the project lead to verify that the property meets move-in/move-out standards. Optional client walk-through available for confirmation and satisfaction.
